846. The Early Middle Ages. The Dishonor had sailed hard and strong, it's pirates struggling to see in the vast ocean, an ominous storm brewed above, casting a dark shadowy blanket over them. Heavy sheets of water rained from above, while the brewing tempest tossed the waves below in an unforgiving dance which had caused the Dishonor to lose course hours before. All hope which had been previously  present, soon vanished. Like many buccaneers before them, this bunch was destined to be lost among the depths of the sea. Heavy rain beat the deck, but the pounding noise was being emitted from below the weather beaten deck. A herd of thirty Spanish horses, mare and stallions alike, shifted nervously below. Most of the mares were due to foal and few bright faces had already met this disastrous world. The herd was to be transported to Italy, but would instead meet their fate elsewhere. Monstrous swells gave way to jagged rocks. It wasn't long before the crew heard the deafening crack of water, and the Dishonor began to pool with water. The ship began groaning loudly as the crushing weight of the water pounded against its weak wooden sides. Sharp edged rocks drew their claws along the boats underbelly and the neighs and pounding hooves of the horses were frantic as they scrambled falling into the frigid water. Hooves thrashed and it wouldn't much longer now. Soon they'd stumble upon a paradise known as Vienna.
